I would like to introduce all of you to my new little friend, Hank. All of the strings hanging off are from tying it up, so it doesn't come apart when dying.
This is my first spinning attempt, and I think it turned out really well. Although, I have no idea what I could make with it. Good news, the strands are getting more even by the minute.
I wound it off of the drop spindle, and around the top of my computer chair. I started with a kitchen chair, but it was too slipery. I think I even twisted it around itself properly. It's sooo cute.
That was super fun!! I highly recommend it. I'm off to use some Koolaid.
