Chrissy's On The Go Sock Pattern...

I got the pretty pink socks finished last night just before I went to sleep (about 2 minutes to be exact).

It occurred to me that the pattern I use quite frequently is completely in my head, and I've never written it up.  The great thing about having the pattern in your head is that you don't have to take it with you everywhere.

I used 2.5mm needles and Lana Grossa Meilenweit Cotton Fantasy, which is 45% Cotton, 45% Wool, and 10% Polyamide.  The colorway is #813.  These socks feel really silky.

I think that others might benefit from this simple pattern, so I wrote it up this  morning.

It is easy to memorize, and simple enough that you can work on it while distracted (making it great for car knitting, bus knitting, and SnB knitting).

If you are looking for a simple yet satisfying sock pattern that nicely lends itself to dpns, magic loop, or 2 socks on 2 circular needles, then you may wish to give this one a try.

The pattern is also in my sidebar.

How does the downloaded file work once I've downloaded the file? Sorry to be so clueless in SC.

Hi Lisamaesc! Thanks for alerting me to the fact that there was a problem. Things should be fixed now, and you should be able to just click the link and then click on download and have it come up.

If you were trying to download the Word version, there were some serious compatibility issues, and I couldn't get it to format properly, so that is why the Word version has disappeared (at least for now) and there is only the PDF version.

Please let me know if there are any more hitches.

Thanks a bunch!

Chrissy :)
