The Sock Pattern Is Here!

First, I would like to start off by sincerely thanking everyone for their very positive feedback and naming suggestions for my new sock pattern. You guys got me thinking on an ocean themed naming line, which I had not thought of previously.

Here it is in PDF format:

Pillars of Atlantis Sock Pattern(PDF)

Here it is in Word format:

Pillars of Altantis Sock Pattern (Word)

I have also linked to it in the sidebar under "My Charts & Patterns".

Please let me know if you find anything that needs clarifying in the pattern. Don't be afraid to customize it and truly make it your own.

Thanks for sharing your pattern! The instructions look very clear to me and that's good since I haven't completed a sock yet. :) I have some bluey-greeny Lorna's Laces that I think will look nice in this pattern.

Your photo shot is inspired! I've been wondering how to get a heel shot and "fancy" toe point shot in one - I'm guessing you had help, right? Or you've been blessed with double-jointedness ;)

I love these socks very much...hmmm looking for something original and not so very common for my Sockapalooooza pal... think I might have found it!

I'm making these socks for my Sockapalooza pal, too! I've got a hand-dyed pale green yarn, and it looks really nice. Generally, I'm a pretty loose knitter, and I like the cables because they definitely knit up a little tighter.

Thanks for the great pattern!

Hi, it's my first time knitting socks and I'm confused on the Gusset part. Do I pick up 15 sts for needles 1 and 2, then just start knitting in pattern?
